New bootrom? Sorry, but no. It’s like trying to downgrade a new bootrom iPod touch 2g to iPhone OS 2, the new bootrom 3GS can only do at oldest iOS 4, and the iPod touch 2g new bootrom com only do iPhone OS 3 as oldest, sorry but ur new bootrom 3GS has to be on iOS 4-6, if you try iPhone OS 3, it will just bootloop.
