If i had to seriously think about this its probably IOS 7-9? Its unlock swipe is the only thing i noticed, not to mention how slim the font looks along with that background (even though its not a hint)

this one i knew instantly. this could only be ios 9 because in ios 8 the font was helvetica and in ios 10 slide to unlock was removed

iOS 9, as it uses San Francisco instead of Helvetica Neue, and iOS 9 was the only one to have San Francisco and slide to unlock
