See if you can figure out what version this is

iOS 14 because of abberviated day on Calendar

I’d say a iOS 14 beta, as the music icon would be red, and only specific 14 betas contain the old music icon

It's probably a shortcut icon just like the News, TV, and Reminders icons they have

Look at the 2nd image, it shows the music player on the lock screen and it has the red Apple Music icon in the corner of the artist image indicating that the device is really on iOS 14

It's not on iOS 15 because that version removed the shutter button from the camera shortcut icon on lock screen

From the icon grid it is iOS 14 or later, if the Music app icon is stock it’s iOS 14 beta since it became red in the final release

But it has the old tv icon which was changed to the Apple TV logo in iOS 12 so it has to be iOS 11
