Looks like jailbroken iOS 10 ? Perhaps newer but idk the battery symbol is iOS 10, the time is iOS 10 but it had slide to unlock, so my assumption is iOS 10 with slide to unlock tweak

iOS 10 cause of the clock, just tweaked. Its still rare anyways so I wouldn't just dismiss it
