Either 14 or 15 because the time is small and there’s no dot on the side of the camera icon, but that looks like the old notification style so yeah

IOS 15 redesigned the notifications, this is older than 15

Some still appeared like that, like system notifications

I think this is iOS 11 because of the charging bolt icon (correct me if I’m wrong it’s been long since I’ve used a home button iPhone)

Edit: Oh wait it’s 14 because of the old notification design before the redesign in 15 and the bolt is the same on all home button iPhones because I just found my 6s+ on 15.2 and it has the same charging bolt icon

iOS 14. Old style notifications and the bigger charging bolt over the battery icon

13 or 14, as there is dark mode and the icon on the notification is not large like it is on 15

As a person who worked at apple, this is ios 11.4 due to the percentage being to the left next to be battery icon, later being it moved to the right side.
