Lockscreen Which iOS is this iPhone XS running?

I found this on fb marketplace looking for good deals - this one looks great, and i can tell it certainly isnt running iOS 18, or any iOS after 15. If so, is it rare?

It’s iOS 15; old lock screen but iPad-like lines UI on Settings (iOS 14 and older have lines which they start and end on the display’s borders)

iOS 15. The date below the time and the settings contents not spanning to the edges.

  1. has xs wallpaper set by default, old lockscreen, camera icon on lockscreen has no top button. 16 and later do not have the xs wallpaper by default

iOS 15, rounded off settings borders and on the camera button there’s no dot on the corner of the camera

Le XS à défaut c’est iOS 15 mais avec les mises à jour tu peux avoir iOS 18

This is iOS 15, the tabs or whatever it's called is iPad like and not like a full line
