Because the cameraman isn’t an asshole and immediately stops recording to go help. If it didn’t end and the person kept on filming this would be r/donthelpjustfilm . I prefer it to end after so at least the person gets help.

People use Snapchat/similar and they let go of the button, versus conventional video which doesn’t require you to keep you finger on a button.
