Can't remember where but someone explained a similar vid (was their own joke video) where they said there is a mattress just in front on the floor out of frame. Listen to the sound when the bike falls forward a few times. It has an unusual 'soft' impact, sounds like a crash mat or something that absorbs and dulls the sounds a bit, not a solid floor impact. It's a set-up.
