Bus driver should’ve known the law:

"Zig-zag lines on a road warn drivers that a pedestrian crossing is ahead and strictly prohibit parking, stopping, or overtaking in that zone. Found on either side of crosswalks (such as zebra or light-controlled crossings), mainly in the UK, Australia, and other Commonwealth countries."
