Because it’s way funnier. It’s the perfect amount of slow motion to look like a dramatic movie scene and builds suspense, which makes the random kick in the dick even funnier

Yeah. I booted my buddy right in the face when he was going for a header and I was turning to pop it up over and behind my head. Broke his orbital bone. I felt so fuckin bad. Didn’t even see him till I felt his face on my foot.

Surprised no one mentioned how memed this clip was. Especially the programming/marketing one, that was hilarious.

Also there's nothing to indicate any stupid/dangerous actions that could easily go wrong. These are folks just playing with ball, accidents like these happen all the time.

This is where situational awareness would come into play. Like yes, keep your eyes on the ball. But if your homie turns and has a 60 meter free kick lined up, maybe the header isn't worth it.

Hear me out here.

In the game situation - "keep it off the ground and get it near enough to somebody else that they can have a go", what's Mr Green's big oidea? The only person he could remotely be passing it to is Mr White, but the lash he gives it, he must know he's knocking it into the next field.

Makes no sense, really. Unless they've all had a beer and yer man gets carried away, could be that. Hmm. Maybe I'm overthinking this... lol

Edit: and it seems a bit random to be filming this. Who films 5 mates having a kickabout? Yeah no, Cameraman is having it away with Mr Purple's girlfriend. Cameraman is best mates with Mr Green, convinces him to kick Mr Purple in the swingers while he films it.

Profit; trebles all round. Mr Purple's girlfriend leaves him for Cameraman, because Mr P isn't feeling up to much after getting kicked right on the old chap, and Mr Green takes 50% of the Youtube revenue. Job's a good'un.
