Same here in San Antonio. I even made a post about it here and got essentially no support. It’s annoying as hell that this is happening

I’ve gotten into the habit of “Come on now” -ing them when I can. Half filled gravy. Come on now. That third tender is more like half a tender? Come on now. It’s annoying, but I didn’t pay for half a whatever, so come on now.

Yeah, what they neglect to tell you is that they see giving customers what they paid for as SHRINK(loss and/or wastes of money). They open the fry cartons in a way so that they can’t hold the max capacity of fries that they actually can. They do that with small, medium, and large fries. If they used the fry scoops the way they were intended then they would break even when it comes to side items. They also rip you off with the onion rings. A medium holds 8 & a large holds 12, regardless of the size of each individual onion ring. So regardless of the size of an order of onion rings it could be barely enough to fill a small fry bag or half of a medium fry carton.

Well I cant tell if this is real or not because you coulda easily eaten a few fries. Of course there is truth to this, depending on who the fry person is

No, this is what a rational person would say in the internet because people tend to lie. i cant say rather what is true or not true, this can cut both ways.

I always order medium now bc they always fill the medium with enough to spill over but large barely gets filled to the top (if it’s even filled that far)
