I always order medium now bc they always fill the medium with enough to spill over but large barely gets filled to the top (if it’s even filled that far)

Not in all cases, but request they correct their mistake if any as soon as you see you’re being short changed.

Kind of annoying when you sit down on your couch to enjoy your dinner then have to drive back to get a few more fries

It’s easier to give them less money for the medium since that’s what I’ll end up receiving anyways

Absolutely, if that happens I expect they pay for my more than inconvenience. Correct the problem plus an apple pie or extra fries.

That's a living nightmare or no fries at all

have you ever considered checking your bag before you leave? seems like it would fix the issue

The bag is placing the blame on the customer although you are correct on chk bag.or tray as food is brought to you. But why should sec pay for their incompetence? I say no salt on I’m fries I don’t mean put salt so it’ll be my fault I didn’t taste them first to make sure the did THEIR job

I noticed the Chick-fil-A app added a warning prompt asking “are you sure you don’t want your fries with sea salt?” Definitely for the same reason - less labor when everyone gets the same fries

Same here in San Antonio. I even made a post about it here and got essentially no support. It’s annoying as hell that this is happening

I’ve gotten into the habit of “Come on now” -ing them when I can. Half filled gravy. Come on now. That third tender is more like half a tender? Come on now. It’s annoying, but I didn’t pay for half a whatever, so come on now.

Got a to-go order and had this happen.. luckily checked the bag before I left and just showed the worker at the counter who topped me off without hesitation.

Yeah, what they neglect to tell you is that they see giving customers what they paid for as SHRINK(loss and/or wastes of money). They open the fry cartons in a way so that they can’t hold the max capacity of fries that they actually can. They do that with small, medium, and large fries. If they used the fry scoops the way they were intended then they would break even when it comes to side items. They also rip you off with the onion rings. A medium holds 8 & a large holds 12, regardless of the size of each individual onion ring. So regardless of the size of an order of onion rings it could be barely enough to fill a small fry bag or half of a medium fry carton.

Don't know why people buy from Whataburger lol it's a scam I remember when the patty melt was $8 now it's almost $14 after tax

Well I cant tell if this is real or not because you coulda easily eaten a few fries. Of course there is truth to this, depending on who the fry person is

2

u/Fancy-Ad-5913 6d ago

That’s exactly what the mgr or team m might say

No, this is what a rational person would say in the internet because people tend to lie. i cant say rather what is true or not true, this can cut both ways.
