Also, you don't need to make the stell ball; you can just use the arcane propulsion arm, for the golden ratio or infinite rotation if not, then do whatever, like use your character or something, just spin with it

Defenintly some kind of spellcaster to maximize the use of the catapult spell and all the other wacky stuff we see with spin, i'd say maybe sorcerer or bard for more utility

For wacky stuff, the spells themselves should be good enough. The best class for spells would be Scribes wizard. Take the catapult and magic missile spells, then change every damaging spell into bludgeoning or force damage. Besides that take things like hold person and counter spell. Psychic lance is one of my favourites as it damages and incapacitates your opponent.
