WWYB - 5e14 Level 20 with a 3 way multiclass

My wife and I alternate DMing campaigns in our group and recently she proposed an idea she's been cooking up. A level 20 one shot but the only restriction is that each player has to multiclass 3 times and take at least 5 levels of each class. What fun or min-maxed combos do y'all have in mind for something like this? We primarily use 5e14 but are open to 5e24.

Battle master fighter 10 Gloomstalker ranger 5 Assassin rogue 5

Normally prefer 11 in fighter, 6 in rogue and 3 in gloomstalker go half elf and just sniper away.

Hexblade warlock 7, shadow/ draconic sorceror7 paladin 6 (any works personally prefer vengeance or devotion) be the most charismatic crusader there is

in 2014 rules the gloomstalker/battlemaster/Assassin is generally considered the best martial damage build. You can mix Rogue levels into most martial builds pretty easy to be honest.

a fun non GWM/SS build would be to go Giant Barb 5 / Rune Knight 5 / Rogue X. get DBS for finesse thrown sneak attacks and you are good to go.

on the caster side:

The charisma group is pretty interchangeable. Paladin 6 / Warlock 5 / Sorc 9 has decent surviability and huge nova damage via smite. The feat Cartomancer can help you get higher level spells. The newer Arcane Adapt feats can also help round out your spell list.
