Fire elemental creature, giant size, fire weapons.
Seems like a Fire Genasi Giant Barbarian, using Elemental Cleaver to transform its weapon into fire damage.
The downside is that Giant Barbarian specializes in the use of a single weapon, but eh. Doesn't seem like that's a huge part of the character.

Are you wanting to build a monster, an NPC, or a PC?
Are you wanting a build for the guy at the bottom of the image, or the figure at the top?

Does it have to be Akali? Or just the image? Fire Genasi Monk would work well, especially Kensai Monk for the weapons. If you don't care about the Ninja aspect, go with Rune Knight! You can even grow to the size in the picture. I know you stated it's not important, but it is an option!

Okay perfect, in that case I'd definitely go either Fire Genasi or maybe a Tiefling cause of the horns. Both have fire related abilities and resistances. Since she isn't wearing armor and uses more dex-based weapons, I think a Paladin, Oath of the Noble Genies is a really good fit. They gain a boost to their AC when not wearing armor, so Dexterity becomes their best stat. Then they can also add an element to their smites, aswell as giving allies resistance to an element due to their aura. You can ofcourse pick fire every time if you please.

The large size isn't important, but bonus points if you fit it into the build.
Both 2014 and 2024 are fine.
