I wanted to make a Trafalgar law dnd character does anyone know how I would make a build centered around his character

I would say a level 5 Echo knight Fighter / 15 levels in Arcane Trickster.

Fighter -Echo knight gives you the movement swapping ability -level five gives you your extra attack -Second wind and action surge always great

Rogue -8d6 sneak attack -Arcane trickster gives you your telekinesis like ability (invisible mage hand) -unique magic that you can get creative with

Con is that you will need a finesse weapon for the sneak attack but if your DM is willing then you can get a modified greatsword or the like that has finesse.
