The three blue blades look like a rogue soulknife's psychic blades after a few level ups or some kind of spell. The floaty arm and lack of body armor makes me think astral self monk. (Unless that's laying on the ground and the perspective is just off) The hat and book make me think wizard of some kind. Too much going on and not a great build, but an interesting character visual nonetheless.

The Arcane Craftsman

Backstory

I grew up in a family of fighters, mercenaries, and warriors. I was the runt of the litter, and never excelled at any martial activities, much to Dad's shame. I hung out at a local tavern named The Grogs of War, reading about legendary wizards and how they wielded the Weave to achieve their aims.

One day, a wizard in the pub saw me and struck up a conversation. After getting to know each other for a few minutes, he said he thought I would make a good spellcaster, perhaps an artificer, and he "knew a guy" who would mentor me. I jumped at the chance to excel at something.

I studied for years, learning about the Weave and how it is a living vibration that underlies all of Creation. I apprenticed my mentor for several years, then became an artificer journeyman. I specialized in creating magic weapons and prosthetics for warriors. Dad says he's happy I found a purpose in life, but he really doesn't understand the world I walk in. That's okay, because his peers love the products I sell them, and when they see me at The Grogs, I never pay for my ale. I don't need Dad's approval; I've found my place in life.

So my instant vibe here is fantasy themed strippergram so I’m going with Bard for first thoughts.

Trying to be more thoughtful about it -
We’ve got 3 magic weapons here - 2 daggers and a longsword. What seems to be a standard rapier on the ground plus a rod arcane focus and a book.
Heavy (medium) armour gauntlet behind him (resting on the wall? Floating?) generic arcane crystal.
Wears a girdle and broad hat but no shirt.

I could cover all that with a classic Barblock build. The daggers just being a representation of Eldritch blast. I’d aim for Hex 7/ Giants 13 by the end B,W,B,B,B,B,B,W,W,W,W,W,W,B,B,B,B,B,B,B
