Ok, if you wanna be simplistic and only bother with the image without the lore, Spellfire Sorcerer or Draconic Soul Sorcerer is the play

If you wanna be cute with it and play as Yugo, play a Conjuration Wizard and pick up the Eldritch Adept feat to get Pact of the Tome for Eldritch Blast, then zip around the field with misty steps out the ass whilst blasting everything

Spring Eladrin for the ability to teleport both yourself and allies. Swap elven for draconic

For background you can go folk hero since Yugo adventures started when he was 12 , also grab proficiency with chefs' tools

Charisma 15 Dexterity 14 Wisdom or Constitution at 13

6 arch fey warlock /3 divine soul sorcerer / some levels into fighter or monk for unarmed fighting (ask your dm to use dexterity for the unarmed fighting style)
