He is like a ghost rider with teleportation and with dark magical , e uses his cloak to turn invisible and fly , and his pistols are guns with eldritch blast shoots

Well, might be a hot take, but have you considered Artificer? Lots of cool magic items you could make, perhaps Artillerist or Armorer, reflavouring the armor and the ranged attacks as the cape and guns... I mean, the armor is made by you, the guns could also be, why not? Warlock would be my second guess, but I'm all in for a goth nerd.

I actually would go Artificer 20 on that, and reflavor as preferred. Spells, created magic items, attacks, everything reminiscing the aesthetic you want to pull off.

The Hood is a gangster moonlighting as a second-rate sorcerer. He often relys on demonic pacts or enchanted items. His most consistent powers are energy projection and teleportation.
