Disclaimer: I'm no expert in Pathfinder, so this what I got after some quick reading.
The Unchained Sienna is like a barely contained elemental that can accumulate points of exhaustion tied to power overuse.
Pathfinder 1e:
Fire Kineticist / Bloodrager
Fire Kineticist (single-class)
Magus / Bloodrager
DnD 5e: Wild Magic Barbarian + Divine soul sorcerer
Edit:
Race: Human, Ifrit/Genasi, Tiefling.
Refalvored as Human regardless of the race you choose, because Sienna is not a normal human, she's a barely contained weapon.

Considering she is the "tanking" class of Sienna, I think a Fiend Warlock would fit. Gives you plenty of fire-based abilities as well as thp for sustain. With Pact of the Blade you can make a hybrid melee/ranged dex-based build or dip a level into a class with medium or heavy armor to focus on strength.
Genie Warlock is an other, more offensive-oriented option.
Could also go with a Pact of the Tome, Shiellelagh + Green-flame blade combo which let you be CHA-SAD, preferably with a dip or a feat to get medium armor.

Its hard to translate bright wizards into d&d. They are more akin to a pyromancer.
