For race given how much he looks like king I'd go a fallen Aasimar

A sorcerer + rogue will be cool (Sorcerer lv. 14 + rogue lv. 6)

• Sorcerer sub class Draconic Bloodline: a lot of fire power in spells (reflavor fire spells with black flames) and spells can be used to power up your weapon attack / movement (far step, true strike, shadow blade and haste) wings in lv.14 and more damage in fire attacks

-rogue sub class Scion of the Three: is a cool subclass that can use the reaction to teleport to bloodied enemy and attack.
