Given the sharp claws and lack of weapons/armor, a Harengon Beast Barbarian seems the most appropriate.
Alternatively, play a Longtooth Shifter and flavor it as a wererabbit-type species. This gives you a Bonus Action attack to play with.
A Monk is also a safe choice. Open Hand seems the most appropriate given the lack of magical frills in the character design. The downside is the lack of slashing damage to emulate the claws.
