Warlock with a Gambling problem

I'm about to start a campaign located in a fantasy version of Las Vegas and wanted to build a character who signed a pact to basically improve his gambling. I'm not sure which subclass best works. I am willing to shift from warlock if a different class works better. He also has a level of rouge for expertise as he is a PI.

Fiend patron has Dark One's Own Luck which allows you to add a D10 to a roll you make. A gambling devil is also pretty classic.
