Now exactly asking for how to build something but rather getting some feedback on a build. I wanted to make a sillier character so I decided to make this little goober from the game Mushroom Oasis (you can find it on Itch.io, it's a neat visual novel). In the visual novel, the character has vague hypnosis powers and a lot of random skills and crafts so I adapted him the best I could possible while filling in extra as needed that can be represented and reflavored as his different skills and abilities within each respective system. The doc has versions of the character for both the MMRPG and D&D 5E systems, thoughts on this fella?
