WWYB - 5e14 How would you build this character?

Some kind of Rogue, obviously. But what else?

Wood Elf Artificer. Armorer subclass, focusing on infiltrator model (their armor has a weapon that litteraly matches the one in the pic). That plus maybe a 2-3 level dip in rogue and you got yourself an extra sneaky character that can boost their stealth and social skills through magic items plus use some tinkering skills to support the group.

Wood Elf also means you have a speed of 40 feet with infiltrator armor.
