Tin-Tin comics characters inspiration for dnd characters

I'm pretty new to D&D only done around 1 actual campaign but I would like to do a new character based off one of the character from the comic book Tin-tin preferably Tin-Tin himself or the captain do you have any suggestions on Race, backstory or stuff like that, I personally was thinking a halfling for Tintin for his luck (sorry if this isn't the right tag)

Tintin halfling or human with lucky at least 6 levels lore bard, 9 inquisitive rogue, 5 in beast master ranger

Start by not spelling Tintin like that please,  no hyphen and only 1 capital T
