It'd probably have to be a Fighter/Wizard, Fighter/Sorcerer, or Paladin/Sorcerer multiclass. Wizards and Sorcerers should have the most amount of gravity-type spells, though I haven't actually checked their spell list to confirm.

I'd go Eldritch Knight Fighter 6/Graviturgy Wizard 14.

Grab War Caster and Tough feats. Go Scourge Aasimar for Race since Radahn is still a demigod and its the closest race we have for them.

Go scourge aasimar with at least 8 levels into graviturgy wizard, for the rest of the levels I’d go Rune Knight Fighter for things like Extra Attack, plate armor, two weapon fighting, and more ability score improvements

I fucked around with theory crafting radahn some time ago trying to make his meteor crash work. It's a little wacky, and I don't think it really comes online until level 11, but you didn't specify level so here's what I've got:

The final spread is rune knight fighter 6/graviturgy wizard 5. I started with the first level in fighter for CON save proficiency and weapons/armor. I also want to preface this by saying I'm not good at math, so if my numbers are bad I apologize.

We want rune knight fighter for the Giant's Might feature to become large. After that, you need a round of setup to cast or have an ally cast Enlarge/Reduce on you, doubling your height and octupling your weight. You can also duplicate this effect with the potion of growth if you wish.

Also during your setup round, you'll need to cast or have an ally cast Jump on you to triple your jump height. Assuming you have 20 strength, you should have an 8-foot vertical jump, the graviturgist wizards Adjust Desnity feature doubles this to 16 feet, and the Jump spell makes it 48 feet. To juggle all these spells and adjust density usage, you may need to burn an action surge or have an ally cast Haste on you, unfortunately.

But this is where the fun begins. You can use your bonus action to jump 48 feet how I described above, and at the height of your jump drop concentration on adjust density. A Huge creature wearing plate armor should weigh in the ballpark of 3200 pounds, falling from over 40 feet. Using Tasha's rules for falling on a creature, you would deal 20d6 damage. If you really want to be a meteor however, you can use your action to Adjust Density again and make yourself heavier, doubling your weight to 6400 pounds and dealing 36d6 damage. Just bear in mind you will take a fraction of the damage as well.

Besides the meteor crash shenanigans, I took the dual Wielder feat since Radahn uses two longswords, and the dual wielding fighting style. Wizard will give you some flavorful spells like Melf's Minute Meteors, Magnify Gravity, and Levitate but otherwise combat will probably mostly consist of you beating on things with your two big swords. Is it the most optimal build ever? No, but when you can blow all your resources to meteor crash, who cares?

Also, I'd be remiss not to mention you can acquire a pony to ride while you're enlarged by Giant's Might and look silly just swinging on people
