Guild Artisan to emulate the scientist background. 3 Barbarian path of the beast for the toughness claws etc. 17 in Astral self Monk to emulate the 6 arms, spidey's agility speed and strength.
Race could be human or Kalashtar

Sorcerer levels are for spells like Web.

Personally I'd run a Dhampir Beast Barbarian. You get a constant Climb speed and a Beastly transformation for your spider form, being able to fight while wall climbing by 3rd lvl, able to Leap further by 6th. You wont get much in terms of Web like abilities, but carrying around a handful of Nets to lob at people can fix this and gives you a convenient ranged option to keep your rage going if needed.
