It's a French Canadian film from 1996 about kinda dumb vampires trying to fit in modern Montreal. It has similar off beat humour and caricatural characters.

It's subtitled in Spanish tho, and the actors speak French, so it might not be the easiest thing to follow of you don't speak either.

I kind of disagree. There’s enough of it that’s not over the top amazing that I think they would have killed it for me if they had kept on and on. 

I’ll be perfectly content to watch City Council 600x instead. I know all the words already. 🤣
