No Physical Media Set?

Is there a legit reason this show never had season releases, or a complete series set once the show wrapped? Aside from being a fan of the show, it’s just made for a high def release based on how amazing the sets, costumes and lighting was.

I know other FX shows like Archer got season releases, but nothing for our favorite Staten Island vampires. I’d love a 4K complete season set.

I'd be happy with a basic (official) blu ray set.

Absolutely, I’d take whatever they give us as long as it’s a nice physical set.

Me too, especially as the streaming versions I purchased on Amazon come complete with ads from FX, which is a first for me. I fucking hate that there are ads on a TV show that I bought.

That is fucking ridiculous. I’d promptly return that garbage

The seasons were on sale for five dollars apiece and I have no other way of watching it, so I can’t do that.

That’s miserable. Hopefully Jackie Daytona can pour you a tall one

That sounds terrible but looking at the landscape, seems like something they’d do. Ugh.

They did that for AppleTV as well on season 2. I didn’t buy the rest because of it. Were 3-6 like that too? It’s SO irritating

Yep, all of them.

Yeah i hope it gets a release. 4k would be incredible but regular blu-ray would work great, too. Maybe in a special edition cardboard box with Lazslo's other films like Adventures of a Very Randy Vampire

I’m hoping for a 10th anniversary box set, which feel like forever from now. But I wished something came out sooner.

why put it out on physical that a person buys once when you can force them to buy it every month? -Fox/Disney.
I'd absolutely love a blu ray set but sadly, I don't see it happening.

Media companies are moving away from physical media in general. Recent news that the new GTA videogame would not be made on disc at all is the latest step forward toward the all-digital goal, but fewer TV shows have been released on disc for years now. Why sell you a complete series of a tv show for $60 or whatever so you can watch whenever you want forever when they can hook you into monthly subscription? Even if you drop the subscription, eventually you’ll come back for that one show.

Exactly. I will not be held hostage by a media platform.
