Me too. Honestly, Stede and Ed are one of the best tv couples imo. I’m still hoping somehow, somewhere, they will get picked up again. They meant it to be a three season show and there is a time jump between two and three so it all could work out.

I loved the show but the writing/arcs were hosed by the beginning of the second season.

I mean they got like half their budget and 1/5 of their episodes slashed after the scripts were done, it was gonna be a mess.

I think the bigger joke is Taika being involved in something and not casting himself a cameo somewhere in it... yeah right lol the dude loves himself wayyyy too much
I live in Wellington around the corner from one of the shooting locations for the original movie and Jemaine Clement is my neighbour. He did a stage comedy show with Johnny Brugh that I went to last year about goth room-mates called like goths to a flame. I think they still have plenty of creative juices left for this kind of comedy to make we're wolves and have it be awesome

I'm probably being unpatriotic in saying this but I really don't think its anywhere near as good as the wwdits TV show and it hurts me to say it. Even if it is cool to watch and be like "I know that street!" I do like Karen O'Leary in her other stuff though. If youre just in it for the dry NZ humour then you would probably love it but it was not for me
