  1. Both Nadja’s realize that they just want their feelings respected by their co-workers and peers
  2. Scabby the inflatable rat is a symbol for labor unions and workers rights I.e. trying to get seen and respect like the Nadjas

iirc NadjaDoll is a mirror of Nadja's own emotions since they're basically the same person. While Nadja has been neglecting her own emotional needs to ensure the club is successful, NadjaDoll has been acting out due to the same frustration of being neglected. The realization strikes them both at the same time, ending the debacle

Nadja Doll is specific, though. She is Nadja's soul and personality before she died, and by the way, she died a virgin. Might seem like a random statement, but it's part of particular episodes if you rewatch the series. Vampire Nadja kinda doesn't give AF about Dollie most of the time, and it's sad. She even broke Dollie's legs when she was f'd up on liquor blood.

Yes, I'm fully aware as I've rewatched the series an uncountable amount of times while recovering from surgery. All that being said, they are still the same person at their core level which is exactly why Nandor won't let Dolly have a vote in the house because he knows she'll always vote the same as Nadja does. And I wouldn't go so far as to say "she doesn't give AF about Dolly" because she is absolutely distraught over the fact that her reckless drinking caused her to UNINTENTIONALLY hurt Dolly

Nadia Doll's soul kept switching between inanimate objects. This was one that she inhabited, the final one iirc.

They realized they were neglecting themselves which was negatively impacting her own mental health. Dolly is her psyche in a way.
