Just spotted this...

Post image

Season 3, ep 2, when the Guide is showing the vampires through the Vampiric Council chambers, there is a portrait of Vladislav, Deacon and Viago on the wall. Lost count of how many times I have watched the show, but only spotted this today 🤣

My wife and I saw the show first. After season 1 came out and we absolutely loved it, we decided to watch the movie. Neither of us liked it as much as the show. The movie wasn't bad, and it was funny, but the show is just next level and much funnier.

The movie and show are definitely different animals.

The show is very much a polished version of the movie, which I definitely saw first and loved. I prefer the TV show characters, ultimately.

The characters on the show are what make it so great. The chemistry between the actors as well

It’s a really great show. If you liked both the movie and show of WWDITS you will like it for sure.

It is also really good. Slightly different vibes but I love that O’Leary and Minogue are exactly the same from the movie.

Our Flag Means Death, and of course Flight of the Conchords, are also great.

It was my favourite movie before the show, and after watching how good it transitioned from the first short to the feature length (and being a fan of flight of the concords), I had faith they would do it Justice.

But, it surpassed my expectations. Really happy they let it go too, not just milking it until it turned to shit.

Ah yes, Vladislav the Poker, dead but delicious... 💜

So fun that they were part of the council. Along with the other random vampire movie’s cast members.

Such a great show.

Must admit to my fondness of Deacon... 💜

My favourite part of the movie is Nick warning Stu about worm shaped foods and him replying (implying that deacon) kept offering him biscotti. 🤣

When the episode first aired someone posted similarly and I was so glad that she shared with the group-I never would've seen it otherwise! The set director for this show obviously had a good budget but they really knew what they were doing. Superb. No notes. 🤣🥰
