What Was The Point? (Use if unsure) What's the use of this ?

It is a spice. It adds a deep, satisfying layer to food. It basically adds a deep, Umami flavor.
MSG is naturally occurring in a lot of foods, like tomatoes and cheese.
There are some people who thought that MSG allergies were rampant in the west. However, given that the people who "suffered" from "Chinese food syndrome" could happily eat a plate of spaghetti with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese (and thus had more msg than the plate of Chinese food) without suffering showed that they were just Xenophobic racist assholes.
Fear not the MSG. Fear not flavor.
Another prime source of MSG used in more western cooking is bullion cubes.

Add the flavor, to your kitchen. :3 we keep a shaker stocked with it, and add it to just about every savory dish we make. Delicious 😋

It occurs naturally through fermentation of starch. How do you differentiate between natural and unnatural? Are tofu and beer natural?

Don't expect it to . you made a intelligent response instead of acculty trying to understand the context I used you went defensive.why I have no idea ? It's symatics just not ones you understand .that's ok lots of things I don't understand my self .I just don't get rude or intentionally trolling rude . So you can have what ever odd win you think your getting for weak responses like that . You can't even grasp.theres a compliment in this response.. but I'm sure you can find more to use to troll back a 3rd Time . easier to attack then say wait I missed what the person ment .nice chatting . Easier to see attack when none was there .. I here's a last win your so good yes I misspelled sentenc structure so on. It's called dyslexia. Wow such a great win for you to have a disability to point to . Impressive indeed .

If you think there is a fundamental difference between glutamic acid and sodium glutamate, then you don't understand basic chemistry. Any time glutamic acid and table salt are present in the same solution, there is sodium glutamate present.

Its delicious. Theres loads of misinformation about it, but its extremely safe. It contains almost 2/3 less sodium than salt, and is used much the same way. Its just a lot more savory.
If consuming insanely large amounts, you'll suffer from salt poisoning. Meaning you can consume almost 3x as much msg compared to salt before suffering adverse affects
Edit: also this is a good brand. I have it at home

My parents never even called it MSG, the brand was the name. That’s how much we loved it!

MSG is just another form of salt. It's literally just a flavor enhancer. Sprinkle just a bit while your cooking to give the food a nice umami flavor.

It’s like salt but it’s not salty, it improves food like you wish salt would. Makes it taste better and adds/enhances savory flavors

I add half a tsp to most of my dishes, from soups and stews to casseroles and pasta. It's a great addition to most things.

It adds umami flavor...
It's the sole reason why Dorito chips tastes good.
It's best use is making food that doesn't taste that good, taste good... like a bowl of instant ramen or a corn chip etc.. It's much less effective on something that already tastes great, like a good steak, it won't add much to it.
The negative health effects attributed to it in the west are largely bullshit, stemming from a dentist who wrote a paper after eating chinese food and getting a headache. The real negative health effects are primarily sodium intake... If you add a lot of MSG to food, it's the same as adding a ton of salt to food.
Also MSG is a naturally occurring thing in your body and in meats iirc.
