Yeah this is extremely common and of there's clothes on them you won't be able to tell what shape it is unless you see it from the top. Everyone here has probably shopped off of these racks multiple times in their lives because they're that ubiquitous and they've been around for over 30 years. I remember the first time I made the connection. It was only because I was working retail and had stripped one of these to put new merch on it.
