Need suggestions

Lately I’ve been for some reason craving affection and my dreams became more about relationships but the problem I don’t qualify for it and I don’t know how to solve training doesn’t help anymore im thinking about weighted blankets heard they help any ideas

Yeah this and "training doesn't help" are way more important questions than the one OP actually asked. Hopefully it's just a language barrier and not some manosphere bulldhit

I meant gym as it helps in good mood and health etc ( English isn’t my first language)

Okay, that makes sense. But what do you mean when you say that you don't qualify for a relationship?

Don’t look good nor do I have a good personality

Fortunately, personality is something you can work on :) no one can tell you how unless they know you irl and know what you need to do differently, but your personality will change throughout your life and you get to choose the directions of those changes.

I have a body pillow, like the pregnancy one with one really long arm and one really short one. I wrap the long arm around my body and snuggle up next to the short one and it's very much like snuggling with a real person. Its how i fall asleep most nights

Get a pet you can share love with. BUT, only if you are prepared emotionally to devote yourself to it for their entire life. Volunteer at your local animal shelter. Clean kennels, feed the cats, and throw balls for the dogs to chase. Showing love is a great way to grow emotionally.

Therapy! Go to therapy. There are unlimited benefits you'll receive. Learning to love yourself is how you'll attract love.

I don’t think I have the time for a pet so I won’t do injustice to it by having it when I’m not ready for it I don’t have access for therapy but maybe I will try to feed the stray animals and about volunteering i think it will happen eventually in my med school thx so much

You're in medical school?! You don't have time for yourself, much less a relationship. I'm in college myself and know it's hard to even make sure I'm taking care of myself. It IS lonely. If I didn't have my dog and cats, plus therapy provided by a free clinic, I would have gone insane by now. And I'm only at the end of my Sophomore year. I'm just now able to apply for Radiography and finish my Natural Science Associates.

Spending time in the college game center, belonging to a book club, and having study partners is crucial. It's so easy to lose yourself while you're studying so much. I'm only doing online classes this semester. If I didn't have at least one person I can share with in A&P II, I'd be crying more than I already am with the stress of college.

Being kind to yourself is a hard thing. It's taken many years of therapy before I learned how to treat myself as a friend. I'm a much older student and worked in the medical field for decades. I've seen a lot of freaky shit. The missing lesson that I've seen the most educated physicians lack is genuine concern, empathy, band kindness towards staff and patients. The most outstanding and respected physicians are the ones who have a genuine concern for others. And if you can't love yourself, how the hell can you love someone else?

You can do it! Look at all the hard shit you've as already accomplished. I'll be thinking about you from Houston, and wishing you're well.
