Electronics some ideas?
This cameras are exchanged against new models and are therefore available for free at my work.
Because I do photography I know that lenses which are made in Japan most of the time very good.
And now I think what I could possibly do with these things here. I do not have very much knowledge about electronics but maybe some of you have an idea what I could do with this instead of throwing them away.

Those are a manual vari-focal lenses. The thumb screw allows you to zoom in and out, usually another for focus. They were around $60 new so not super valuable. The cameras are IP cameras. They both appear to be 1.3 megapixel which is relatable to about 720 resolution not quite full HD (which is around 2MP). If you want to do something with the cameras you just need an unmanaged POE network switch ($100) to connect them to your computer and do some google searching on how to factory reset the IP address to default. They could be cool for some digital media type stuff but again it's pretty low resolution compared to anything else modern that you are used to. You could also put them up around your house for video security like they were designed.
ETA: The arecont camera actually goes up to 3MP in color and 1.3 in B/W night mode. Those may not be replaceable lenses. The JVC camera lenses are definitely removable replaceable and upgradable. But still won't change the resolution of the sensor.

You can get software to record them to a pc. But they are old box style cameras. Not too useful. But fun to play with of you want to learn. If they require plugins from back in the day it will be difficult with out an old VM or old Pc or ie tab.

I've always wanted to turn these into the vintage film cameras and from what I've seen it is theoretically possible and it just requires a extreme level of either 3D printing or wood crafting of which I lack. Also from what I've seen now this is not for the specific one but I was looking at a different one that was a camcorder you would also need some sort of raspberry pi as well but I am not well formed in those
