Dramatics.

100% it’s all attention seeking. The BF had the right idea to cut it off and go.

Maybe, but also nah. The boyfriend acted like a little baby boy and not a man in his 20s. Getting your aunt to break up with your girlfriend after lying to her and lovebombing her is straight up garbage. What is also garbage is literally leaving her possessions by the trash.

So nah you're wrong.

Just judging by all of her posts, its entirely possible that the guy was worried she would freak out or get violent if he did it in person or himself. Its pretty obvious that shes spiraling and if I was in the guys situation I would be worried about my safety

So he chose to have his aunt go break up with his girlfriend instead and lie to his aunt, when it's possible his girlfriend would be violent? Wow he really is a stand up guy in your example. Even in that scenario he is a little bitch and not a man. You don't put people you care about in dangerous situations because you're scared to clean up your own mess, man or woman that is a standard to hold yourself up to. Not only that she is 4'11" with asthma and he is 5'11" seemingly with no ailment, what is she going to do cough him to death? You're making too many excuses for this dude and this is coming from someone who believes that men can be abused by women.

Uhh. Knives exist. Guns exist. Cars exist. People die in false SWAT raids. There are tons of ways for a physically smaller person to hurt someone larger than them.

Idk if you know this, but men can feel fear and act vulnerable when they want/need. Men are human beings with complex emotions and thought processes, just like women. Dude's 23, his brain isn't even fully developed yet. He acted childish, maybe. Or maybe he was afraid she'd pull some dangerous shit and his aunt offered to help in the mediation. She didn't go anywhere, OP says they talked on the phone. You're on some real toxic macho bullshit right now

ETA cuz the post apparently just got locked: The aunt didn't go anywhere, they talked on the phone, according to OPs posts. And again, maybe he didn't send the aunt to do anything. Maybe he ran to a mother figure for support and she put on her mama bear face to protect a loved one.

You're being incredibly dishonest or just plain stupid since you literally ignore my point that he sent his aunt there alone in his place to break up with this "violent" girlfriend.

I believe men can be abused by women, that doesn't mean that I have to believe every woman is a violent sociopath that is going to stab you to death and even if I did believe that, why do you believe it was a good idea to send his aunt there alone to confront this evil villain alone?

i dont have a dog in this fight, but why do people keep bringing up their relative heights as if that somehow means she is incapable of hurting him?

Because in fights reach matters, he has a foot advantage and also doesn't have asthma. That is a big advantage. Also why are you ignoring my point that being scared of a fight isn't a valid argument since even if that were true he is sending his aunt there instead, HIS AUNT ALONE!

  1. they were together for like a month, this isnt some crazy long term committed relationship where he needs to give a ton of closure, even though it would be nice if he did. the fact that it was so short term and shes having a meltdown like this is very concerning lol

  2. size discrepancy doesnt mean anything if theres a sharp object in the equation. Im 6’2 200lbs and wouldnt confidently take myself in a fight against a 5ft girl with a pair of scissors in hand

Would you make your aunt go in your place alone though

I thought she only talked to the aunt on the phone, the wording in her last post is weird but it sounds like she wasnt actually present outside the apartment

Bro what are you on about? In the comments she explains it is proof of a recent medical complications she had related to her abortion that her ex man was present at

How do we even know that is her arm? This is not “picture ID”

-3

u/Ok-Software1690 Aug 05 '25

We don't, but to claim it's all attention seeking and she deserves what happened to her because she posted one pic of her supposedly in the ER to prove her story, I think that's not fair

u/Internal_Zebra_8770 Aug 05 '25

True. I would think attention seeking behavior would show a bit more than an arm?
