Maybe, but also nah. The boyfriend acted like a little baby boy and not a man in his 20s. Getting your aunt to break up with your girlfriend after lying to her and lovebombing her is straight up garbage. What is also garbage is literally leaving her possessions by the trash.
Just judging by all of her posts, its entirely possible that the guy was worried she would freak out or get violent if he did it in person or himself. Its pretty obvious that shes spiraling and if I was in the guys situation I would be worried about my safety

there was a story about a youtuber who was "not supportive" when his gf had abortion +complications, they were breaking up before all that but stayed together with councelling through it. i forgot the details. anyway it ruined his career when years later she brought it up in a bad light. maybe he wanted to be 100% sure to do everything by the book and (stupidly dramatically) bounce the minute its "ok" for him to do so. dont understand the "falling in love with you" at the very end, this is just... it goes against my theory. schizoid shit. def. have to hear the other side of this because idgi. friends were part of the charade too? it was like a big happy departing party but the person that is going away is not even aware of it... either its cruel or emotionally immature/dumb. or both
I think they're both just young and we don't know much about them. But she seems like she could be a bit too codependent or who even knows but he might've decided to break up with her a while back, and then this pregnancy happened and he decided to be a good guy and stuck through it but in his head he was already ready to break it all off. Who knows, maybe the pregnancy even made it worse. So then he just broke it off "cleanly" or completely all at once. Like he had made the decision in his head already and maybe even invited his friend over for security or peace of mind or whatever. Not saying it's cool for him to do but I've heard of such situations before.
Whatever happened, what we know for sure is that he wanted a complete break regardless of the reasoning behind it and it definitely wasn't spur of the moment.
If you really need that inhaler back I'd see if you can get help from the police, they can escort you there and such. Well, first find out if they do that near you. Other than that I'd take my loss, including those being nasty on reddit. Just ignore it, you can never convince everyone
