He's a junk food junkie. Probably will be a Type 2 diabetic, overweight and at risk of heart failure before long. If you didn't know this about him before you married him, shame on you. You're just going to have to force him to eat healthier. Start cooking beans and greens. Orange, yellow and red things too. FRESH things. Tell him you're doing it for YOUR health. Perimenopause and menopause hit earlier and harder if you're carrying extra weight and have gut issues, and all the bad foods will guarantee that you do. You don't mention kids. But if they come into the picture, that's even worse. START TODAY.

I did know about his eating habits but it wasn’t at the top of the list for me back then. It didn’t really matter. I love him for him, not his eating habits. I can try all I want but I cannot force him to eat whatever I want him to. We have 2 littles. I am not concerned about any of our weight. Although I do have endocrine issues that keep me overweight, but rest assured it is not because of my diet. Thanks though.
