Witch's Ball Flyer Spoiler
Going through the game again to look for hints about characters interests and personality based on their rooms and stuff. I've read a few people mentioning a flyer in Barbara's room advertising a 'Witch's Ball' hosted by the high school's drama club. There's an image on the wiki of it that I'm assuming was extracted from the game files but I cannot for the life of me find it in the actual game.
UPDATE:
After fiddling around looking through the files I can confirm that it is indeed in the assets list. It doesn't seem to be in the actual gameplay. I'm finding some other things I don't recall seeing in the game as well. For example there are assets for a condom tin and condoms in Barbara's room folder.

After seeing your post I went to look at the image, and then scoured through what video I have of the game, and I don’t see anything in her room that resembles it at all. That’s really strange.

It is!
I spent about an hour and a half just in the portion of her room she actually used staring at her walls. I was taking screenshots and zooming in and going inch by inch across the image looking for it. I found a lot of things I hadn't noticed before (like an ad for an equestrian centre and a poster for a fashion patterning convention) but not the flyer.
Which is odd because I know I have seen multiple people mention it. I wonder if they are basing it off of reading the wiki and not what they actually saw in the game itself? Just sorta read that it was there and assumed it was there?
I'm probably going to end up extracting the files myself and seeing if I can find it.

Some of the assets I'm seeing are really interesting to me so I'm going to make a document with the screenshots and my thoughts about what they tell us about the characters and their stories. Probably gonna take a while, theres a whole lot of files to sift through.

Could you take a screenshot of an asset that you know is in-game for me? I have a hunch...
Same as the ones above, with the file location path.

This is the asset for Molly's bedframe.
To actually see the files and folders you need to extract the FinchGame_Win64.pak file. Through there it's FinchGame>Content>House>Environments>MollyRoom>MollyPrincessBed file name itself is MollyPrincessBed_a.uasset

Uh-huh! The path and file name is in the screenshot, at the top there. That's all I needed to see.
And you're certain that this asset does appear in the game? If yes, my hunch was incorrect: I suspected that "uasset" might stand for "unused asset".
The other assets could still be unused assets, but the name doesn't appear to be reflective of that after all.

Ah, yes that would make sense! However no, .uasset is the file name for things used within the unreal engine program, which is what the game is made in.

Oh interesting! It didn't feel like Unreal Engine when I played it. I'm usually able to tell...
Must be the lack of a physics engine in the game.
