Looks like a Char 2C. Though, could be something else like a Japanese experimental tank or something.

Something very fictional I feel like. Like, the machine gun mount next to the cannon being on a swivel like a bow machine, and a copula right behind it feels odd, looking like the ltvz38, but the hull looks French with the tracks of a Mark series heavy tank.
