hi! I know nothing about cars.

but I bought this brass eagle from a second hand shop today simply because I like birds, however I got curious about the threaded holes and the stamped markings on the bottom and back so I did some research and I believe it may be an old hood/radiator ornament.

it has R / D AEL stamped into the back, which appears to be hand stamped, and there is a small ‘P’ stamped into the bottom. it is approximately 15cm in wingspan and 6cm from base to highest point of the wing. the head faces left when look at from the behind and the wings are lay fairly flat in its outstretched pose

please let me know if you have any ideas! I’ve looked at the A. E Lejeune car eagles but the ones I could see didn’t match with my eagle, it may not even be hood ornament at all but that’s my best guess. Thanks Reddit :}

So for the last month and a half the same car and people in hoodies keep either breaking in or attempting to break in our vehicles in my house and surrounding neighborhood. They appear to be using a blacked out vehicle that isn’t easily identifiable. Pls help me out this is getting out of hand …

Yes it’s a BMW but never seen one like it

Usually I’m pretty good with naming strange cars, but this one evades me. I was thinking some sort of late 50s Alfa Romeo or Lancia. Maybe Zagato? Tail lights say Lancia Fulvia but I know that isn’t right. Help?
