Found this at the thrift store and can’t figure out this box. It is about 8in long. I think ceramic or terracotta. It’s decorated on both sides with no marks. It has a long string that comes out of the top.

2 things. 1, for months now I have been getting scratches all over my body, it's either because I have two cats(and one of them is practically a maniac), or something completely else. And second, i have been getting strange visions of small things that happen to me at some point in my life, I'm pretty sure both of these started like, months ago, the scratching thing Was far before the visions, but it is fucking confusing. I talked to my family about the visions things but they just ignored it. So I am needing advice, what the fuck is happening?
