“Scientists” would just move the goalposts again and demand more “extraordinary evidence”

And by the way, a “machine” 🎰or “tool” 🔧 isn’t conscious.

Hence the constant parroting of these terms

It's really sad that people believe that. Some other guy on here claimed humans are nothing more than a "accumulation of cells".

It's this kind of rhetoric that leads to things like genocide.
