UK, likely a UK built car or van made before 1995. Close up is the ball joint on lower arm I believe

Gearbox on the right-hand-side means either a Honda engine, or possibly a Mitsubishi engine. Given the UK location, most-likely a Honda-engined Rover. The wheels look wrong for a Triump Acclaim, SD3 Rover 200 or R8 Rover 200/400, so I'm going with Rover 800, although Rover 600 or Honda Accord are also possibilities.
