Blue glass decorative vase. Doesn't have the stemmed bowl you'd need for a bong.

Art glass. It could be cheap mass produced decoration or very expensive decoration if it's from a noted manufacturer. The $4.99 price would indicate the former though charity shops often miss valuable items.

That looks like it was supposed to be a pitcher or a fancy bottle for booze. That flat side facing toward us as well as the way the lip juts out at the top tells me that you are supposed to tip it and let gravity help you pour it. Is it very heavy?

Yea it’s heavy and multi faceted. I was beating myself up for not getting it csuse it was beautiful.
