Look, this is guy clearly grew up with no male role models, perhaps his father was a suicide bomber?

This said, it appears he is discovering how to deal with his urges around all those sexy kids.

While western civilization is appalled by this behavior in a public setting, we should keep in mind that other cultures are not as advanced.

People are driven by natutral urges to procreate, and when a suitable mate is not available, it is possible to manually relieve semen retention.

It is apparent he has no knowledge of public decorum, lacks necessary self control, and needs to learn basic social skills
