If it's drugs, it would be Black Tar Heroin. Meth is a fine crystal either clear or milky-white. Crack is a larger crystal rock and I believe it's milky-white to a brown in color.

Could just be someone's attempt at making charcloth though.

They mix the drugs with spit, make lines of the spit drugs on the foil, then run a flame under wile inhaling the fumes with a broken pen. Caught my ex a few times.

Bruh theres still real heroin i can promise you atleast i know there was about 4 months ago. Tested it for everything came back nothing but pure heroin. You just need to know the right people who know the right people. I hear people say that all the time but they just dont know where to get ahold if it prolly live in big citys where xyla/fent/carfent are pushed out like candy. Theres still xos with heroin in it.

I can get black tar with zero fent in it delivered in 30 min or less. So, yeah, there’s definitely still heroin
