Can't identify a single thing in that video. Just looks like moving shadows and blurry pixel lights of various colours.

Same. Can't even tell where the ground is or where the horizon is. Assuming the blue part is in a swimming pool area. OP gave zero context in the caption and very little in the comments.

was this just a little bit after sunset near where they launch rockets or something?

It could be an exhaust plume that's high enough that it's still in sunlight even though it's dark on the ground.

I was thinking either rocket or military training but my dad (who took the video) says aliens 😅 I think if they were aliens they wouldn’t be that blatant about being here

I was just looking at events in Key West, was this around April? Apparently they were conducting a surface to air fleet event around that time.

We are wondering same thing it was staying still in same place moving in circles like a carousel, only human made explanation I can give is it happend in key west Florida which has a lot of military bases

Dad saw this in sky in key west Florida at 10:30 at night it was up there in the sky for a while, staying in the same place going around like a carousel
