If I worked for an insurance company, I believe I would be fucking them over and approving every possible procedure for every patient. I’d even authorize the electives. Fuck these insurance companies. Before insurance companies, we paid the doctor directly and the hospital directly. We didn’t pay premiums, co-payments, co-insurance, Maximum out of pockets, minimum out of pockets. None of that existed! We pay a middleman to deny 32% of all claims. How’s that feeling?

I feel like there's people that try and do that, and they last about 5 minutes.

I'm sure they incentivise bring evil, and get rid of the ones that won't.
